Memory Lane – This is a scam

Classmates.com which has turned into memory lane is a scam. Once they have your credit card you are stuck.

I was told that in order to cancel that you just need to go on the site and manually turn off the automated payment button, but there is no way to even do it. Finding a number to call customer service and an email address to try and figured things. They will not let you quit. This is a scam.

It is almost impossible to cancel your subscription with them. If you are looking to find old classmates, just use facebook for free. This is not worth it.

They do make it really tough to cancel and they will just keep charging you even after you call to cancel and make a big fuss.

Trying to cancel membership to this Memory Lane site is nearly impossible as all the links they give you only lead to ‘Oops’ errors.

You just cannot, as I see, reach them to cancel.

Who do we contact to launch a rip off report against them.
