MemoryPig.com – never got what I ordered

I ordered a program from MemoryPig.com and they took the money from my account right away. Well it has been 3 weeks now and I still have not got what I ordered. I have tried to send them numerous emails on several occasions asking where my stuff was and I have yet to get a response. There is no reason that I should not have gotten my package yet and there is especially no reason that I should not have gotten a response at all. I am pretty upset about this and if there is anyone out there that can help, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I am going to have to cancel my credit card and I really don’t want to have to do that.

    I placed an order with Memory Pig that promised deliver within 9 days after weeks of unanswered emails, I filed a claim with Paypal. The y investigated and refunded my money

      same problem – ordered and upgrade kit a month ago for my pc – they were quick enough to charge my credit card but never sent my item – e-mailed them a couple times and all I get is an automatic response saying they are behind in orders – filed a claim with paypal to be investigated – waiting for response – I believe that my card should not have been charged till if and when they send my item – They do not impress me at all – Seems like a rip off to me!!

    Same as the others, paid for the product July 22,2012 and no product has arrived. It’s now August 22, 2012 and the status page still says processing. I’ve emailed numerous times and never get a response.
