I made an order from rockbottomgolf and had some good pieces come in the mail, but there was one piece that looked like it was not put together correctly at the factory. I called customer service and told them that the shirt that I had ordered looked like it was sewn together incorrectly and that it would not fit me. I was told that because this was a sizing issue, that there would be no refund.
To me this was not a sizing issue, but it was a defective item. It was unused and I just wanted to return it and get my money back. I had to deal with customer service on several occasions and still I was not able to get a refund. They did not stand behind their product and by using a some clever verbiage, they made it really difficult for you to fix something that went wrong.

Crap equipment and crap customer service. I was not happy with my order either.
Just a bad experience all around. I would not buy from them again.
