AmeriSave – dishonest business

These guys collected my financial information, ran my credit, and got everything pretty done to finance a house I was about to buy. Everything went well and seemed on the up and up. Now they bring in a non-local appraiser and all of a sudden my loan is not approved at the last minute.

The reason they gave? They could not find the comparables for the house. Something seemed fishy because there are plenty of house in the area that are just like the one that I was attempting to buy. I asked a few friends of mine that were in real estate and they told me that what they said is absolutley ridiculous.

It seems to me like they are just running a scam to collect fees and screw people. Watch out.
