House of Brides – poor customer service

If you have any other options for shopping for wedding dresses, use them. House of Brides is terrible. I ordered 5 dresses from them and that is when my nightmare started.

I had ordered half a dozen dresses from them and when they finally arrived, 2 of them were the right number size, but they were children sizes. I was forced to return them at my own cost. I had to ship them myself, and then had to pay a restock fee for a mistake that they made. I tried explain to the customer service people that they had made the mistake, but they acted like they did not care and it was my problem. It was their mistake.

This was absolutely ridiculous and I would suggest that you never do business with them.
