The Roomstore – No Delivery

I bought a bedroom set form the roomstore and they told me that there were a couple of items that were out of stock and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them to me. That was fine by me because it worked well with my move. Now the time has come and gone when they said that the pieces would arrive and nothing has shown up.

I have called several times and have been told that the items will be there in a few days. Still nothing. I keep calling and keep getting customer service people that are just trying to tell me what I want to hear, but not actually do anything. No word on the piece and no type of compensation for the weeks and weeks of late delivery. Don’t do business with them and save yourself the trouble.
