VitaGlo – Incomplete shipping and rude

I made several small order from VitaGlo and have to receive my complete order after 3 weeks. I have called customer service and was hung up on by a very rude representative. I have tried several times, with no avail, to get my money back. It seems to me that this company is jerking people around on purpose and really does not know how to do business.

Is there anyone out there that can confirm some similar experiences, or do I just catch the wrong people on the wrong days (highly unlikely)? I can say with absolute certainty that I will not be doing business with them again.
