A few years ago I switched to dish network and never really had any problems. Then, a few months ago I had a service issue. I called customer service several times and each time about halfway through the conversation, I was disconnected.

I rented a couple fo movies from a DVD Play box and then when I went to return them the Kiosk was gone. Now I am being charged late fees. I called the company and it turns out that they are the same as Red Box.

I got a magic jack and thought that it would be a good idea. Boy was I wrong. I had trouble with the connection so I called into the company and they recommended that I pay another forty bucks to a technician. Also I was not able to even talk to a person live. It was all automated.

These guys collected my financial information, ran my credit, and got everything pretty done to finance a house I was about to buy. Everything went well and seemed on the up and up. Now they bring in a non-local appraiser and all of a sudden my loan is not approved at the last minute.

I recently moved from Detroit to Chicago and while getting the new place set up, I had to order a new cable/internet provider. I was concerned about being able to watch the Lions game, but I have also never really been a fan of satellite TV.
