DVD Play and Red Box – giving me the run around
I rented a couple fo movies from a DVD Play box and then when I went to return them the Kiosk was gone. Now I am being charged late fees. I called the company and it turns out that they are the same as Red Box.
When I called I was told to go to the store that the box was outside of and they informed me that there is no connection between the store and the DVD Play box. This got me thinking that maybe I am being played for a fool here. I am going to try and get to the bottom of this and maybe even file a complaint with the BBB. Rent with caution.
