DHgate.com – selling knock off items

DHgate.com is a Chinese wholesale warehouse that claims that you can buy items for very cheap from a pool of sellers in order to get the very best price. I went on the site and found that I could get an ipad for very cheap. At first I thought that this was going to be a scam, but I guess that the idea of getting it for so cheap took over my common sense. Before I bought the ipad, I emailed the seller and asked if this item was authentic and I was assured that it was a real ipad. I payed through paypal and then got the “ipad” in the mail a couple of weeks later. When I opened it up, it was obviously a cheap knock off. I turned it on and it really did not even work like an ipad. I was obviously upset about this piece of crap that I had and about being lied to. I contacted the seller and he told me that I could have a refund once the package was sent back. I sent the package back and found that the address that I was given did not exist. Now, I can’t get a response from the seller anymore and I don’t have the item either. Let’s just say I would highly recommend that you never do business with DHgate.com. They are just a bunch of Chinese rip off artists that are trying to sell you junk.
