I ordered the free trial of some weight loss pills and they said that they needed my credit card information to pay for shipping. I never saw the original free trial shipment and then they charged me again for a monthly reoccurring shipment, which I never saw either.
I will say that I was able to stop them from charging me any more money, but they still charged me for something that I never got. I think that this is blatant and fraudulent. I want my money back and I want these types of practices to be stopped.

I experienced this same scenario – ordered trial pack late September for promised early October delivery, which never arrived and discovered another unauthorised debit on my Visa 3 weeks later.I have had no luck making contact with them on the provided email address.
