bought shoes and never got them.. This site is a scam. Complete fraud. They need to be shut down.

I was placing an order thru Kelly-mall.info and there was something odd about the payment process so I did not finalize my purchase. The price was too good to be true, but their return policy is horrendous. I sent an e-mail to them and am waiting for a reply which they say takes 24-72 hrs. We’ll see.
I bought a pair of shoes thru them. I’ve sent many emails and have yet to receive an answer. My paypal payment went unclaimed for days. Sould have cancelled the transaction but I wanted the shoes so bad. I’ve gone thru paypal and made a complaint.
I ordered a pair of shoes from them in June 2011. I new they were coming international so I tried to be patient. After 4 weeks, I began to send numerous e-mails but never received a response. I opened a claim with Pay Pal (a joke) and they stated they had received a tracking number so my claim would be closed. Upon tracking the claim myself, they had shipped it to a non-existant address so it was returned. Again, Pay Pal did not help. They said I had to get a refund from the company…that would not respond. I never go my refund or my shoes, even after providing them the correct address. TOTAL SCAM. Not happy with Pay Pal, either.
