Slice O Matic – Customer service is a joke

I was on the website for Slice O Matic and while I was there I decided not to buy the product. I never completed any transaction, but I found that they had charged my credit card anyway and sent me the products that I thought about buying. I have been on the phone with them too many times to count and have been trying to get them to send me a pre-paid label so I can ship the stuff back to them. It has been a couple of months now and I still have not seen anything from them. I tried calling again and now I am being kept on hold forever. I think that they are just trying to frustrate me long enough so that I will give up. Do not buy a slice o matic, no matter how good it looks on TV.
