T Mobile – Can’t provide service but still expect payment

I Can’t believe this. I recently moved to an area that had poor service from T Mobile. My phone would not and I was not getting any service from my data plan. I called their customer service and told them what was going on and they told me that it did not matter and I still needed to pay. How can I be expected to pay for something that they cannot provide.

This is so stupid. Now I have to pay for a cancellation and 2 months of service that I did not receive. This is the worst company to do business with. When all is said and done, with the bill, the fee, and the tax, I am out 1200 bucks for absolutely nothing. Come on. Most companies in the world will not charge for something that they can’t do. Not these guys. Stay away.
