BlueHippo.com – Sent the wrong item and no refund

We recently ordered a laptop from Bluehippo.com and it arrived a couple of weeks later. When we opened the package, it was not the computer that we ordered. When we called the customer service line and said that we would send the computer back if they just refunded the money that they took from us. They said that there were no refunds.

This boils down to a mistake that they made and they are making us pay for it. I would never order another thing from them and I would suggest that no body else ever order anything either. They are impossible to work with and will just get your money and forget about you.
